Case Review: if a claim has been reduced or rejected by the Housing Benefit Office, and the tenant is in arrears with their landlord, the landlord will need to know whether to take steps to evict immediately or help the tenant fight the reduction / rejection / claw-back - and a
Case Representation: we can advise on strength of the position and look to claim back all arrears, back-payments, claw-backs, if / when the decision is overturned. Everything is done for you - assessment, preparation, consultancy, representation and liaising with housing benefit officers. If necessary, fighting the case all the way to the tribunal.

- Defence lodged with LHA
- Confer with all LHA officers to rectify issue at earliest opportunity
- Take case to tribunal (if required)
- Case preparation for tribunal (if required)
- Offer help, information and advice to tenant
- Look to secure a complete victory each time which includes a full or maximum reinstatement, and some or all back rent if applicable
Charge is an initial upfront fee
£249.17 + VAT = £299.00plus
25% of any successfully awarded back-payment claims.
